Online- Cooking Science: Rock Candy

Grades 2-5. Use supplies found at home to create your own rock candy. A supply list reminder will be sent to participants 2 days before class.

Supplies: Water, 3 cups sugar, liquid measuring cup, Saucepan, stove, wooden stick/ wooden kabab skewer, clear glass (not plastic)

*Note we will be using the stove today, please have an adult on hand for younger kids.
