Yoga and Self-Care to Help You Stay Calm in Chaos

Julie will share simple self-care practices from her award-winning book 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas and her newly released book How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide that you can do to help you cope with the ever-evolving landscape we are living in. You'll learn:

  • Chair yoga stretches
  • A simple meditation
  • A breathing exercise
  • Other self-care practices to help you bring balance to your daily routine

Please note that a yoga mat is not needed to participate.

About the Author: Julie M. Gentile is the award-winning author of 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas and author of the newly released How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide, creator of the Stand Up for Your Self-Care blog and YouTube Channel, local yoga teacher and working mom.
