Online – African American History Month Strong Words, My Words

Grades 2-6. Uncover interesting facts about notable African Americans while learning tips and tricks to build your internet investigation skills. Kids will also build their civic and social emotional skills as we share their thoughts on quotes by famous (and not so famous) African Americans. What do these quotes mean to us and our communities. Mid-Kids will also improve their written communication skills by designing a poster with a quote that is important to them.
