Online - Chair Yoga

Dancing Cranes Yoga teaches this chair yoga class which provides an enjoyable movement opportunity for adults to improve flexibility, joint health, core strength, balance, and the ability to breathe deeply and relax without getting on the floor. A link to access the class will be sent to you three hours before.  Sponsored by The Indian Prairie Public Library Foundation and Friends. 


This program will be held online via Zoom. Registration is required. You will receive an email with the Zoom information 3 hours before the program begins.
