Vibrant Adults Group: Relax & Energize In-Person
Come to play games, learn a new skill or try a new activity - maybe you'll make a new friend. For our summer gatherings, we will relax & energize through gentle stretching, breathing and movement derived from ancient Wellness practices of Yoga/Tai Chi. Comfortable clothing recommended. Our first meeting will be inside the library. We will meet at the Darien Community Park for our second and third sessions. Program will be moved in-doors under poor weather conditions. Participants need to bring Yoga mat. This is a group for older adults. Registration is required.
